Fresh bergamot opens like walking into the theater, ylang ylang and sandalwood follow with a sweet warmth, and one drop of rose adds a touch of shyness. Perfect for movie nights at home, chairs pulled close together. Eight drops suits a small living room; if the room is dark and closed up, cut it to five so the scent doesn't get too dense.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral); rose (deep, silky and luxurious) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
