Blend recipes · Easy breathing
It feels just like throwing the window open to the early breeze. Peppermint leads, clear and cool, while lemon, eucalyptus and rosemary add one drop each, enough for brightness, airiness and a touch of herbs. This small recipe fits a mini diffuser on your desk perfectly. If your room has no window, this is your temporary one.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
