slow breaths, heavy eyes

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0091

Clary sage and Roman chamomile share the main role, warm, sweet herbs blending with floral tea, while one drop of eucalyptus blows in a cool, airy freshness. The scent is light and easy to breathe, perfect for a small room or stuffy, humid nights. Try pairing it with box breathing: breathe in for 4 counts, hold 4, breathe out 4, hold 4, and repeat a few rounds while the diffuser runs.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use slow breaths, heavy eyes in a diffuser?
Add Clary Sage 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 · Eucalyptus 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of clary sage?
Swap clary sage for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use slow breaths, heavy eyes?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
