It's Sunday, and sleeping in is your right. Peppermint leads, icy cool, while myrrh, frankincense, basil and Roman chamomile share the back equally: a warm, slightly woody base, fragrant resin, green, spicy basil leaves and soft apple tea. The scent is unusual, cool and warm at once, perfect for the bedroom on a late morning when you're finally ready to get up. For a regular-size diffuser, use 2 drops of peppermint and 1 drop of each of the others.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
