gentle as a ceiling fan

3 oils · Floral · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0204

The ceiling fan turns slowly, the breeze cool but not cold. Roman chamomile leads sweet and gentle, frankincense adds the warmth of fragrant resin, and peppermint blows a cool stream like a draft through the door. The scent balances warm and cool, perfect for the living room on a summer midday. This is a bottle-mixing ratio; use about 5 drops of the mix per diffuser fill, and place the diffuser right under the ceiling fan.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser

FAQ

How do I use gentle as a ceiling fan in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 4 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for lavender or geranium — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use gentle as a ceiling fan?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
