Sweet orange tea, sweetish anise and deep frankincense; breathing slows down.
After a long week, your mind needs a reset: black tea and sweet orange are warm, star anise is sweetish, and deep frankincense helps slow your breathing. Great for a Friday night meditation corner, the bedroom or the bathtub. Start the diffuser, breathe in for four counts, hold for four, out for six; star anise is strong, so keep it to exactly one drop.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); star anise (sweet and warm, reminiscent of pho broth and Tet sweets) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
