Pushed too hard; time to rest. Cinnamon leads spicy, sweet and warm, while geranium, juniper and lavender share the middle with green rose, conifer needles and purple herb, and peppermint blows in a little cool air. The scent is layered, warm yet airy, good for the living room in cold weather. Cinnamon is very strong, so a small diffuser takes just 1 drop of cinnamon and 1 drop of each of the rest.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
