long exhale after work

4 oils · Floral · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0244

You reach the door and let out a long breath. Lavender makes up most of the blend with soft purple herbs, frankincense and geranium add warm resin and green rose, and two drops of peppermint blow in a refreshing touch of cool. The scent is relaxing without making you sleepy, perfect for the living room as soon as you get home. This is a bottle-mixing ratio; 5 drops of the mix per use is enough.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use long exhale after work in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Frankincense 2 · Geranium 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for ylang ylang or Roman chamomile — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: ylang ylang is rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral.
When is the best time to use long exhale after work?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
