Earl Grey, lavender and geranium, soothing a head that's running hot.
The boss calls at ten at night and your head is on fire: Earl Grey-style tea with gentle bergamot, while lavender and geranium softly talk you down. Great for the bedroom or a home office after hours. Once the call ends, switch on the diffuser, jot down tomorrow's to-dos, close the laptop and call it a day.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
