light from head to toe

6 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0358

Six oils, many layers, yet still light. Lavender and clary sage come in equal measure to form an herbal base, frankincense adds warm resin, geranium and Roman chamomile are soft and gentle, and ylang-ylang sprinkles sweet yellow flowers. The scent stays smooth from start to finish, perfect for the bedroom or living room in the evening. Mix a bottle in this ratio and use 5 drops of the mix each time.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use light from head to toe in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 2 · Clary Sage 2 · Frankincense 1 · Geranium 1 · Roman Chamomile 1 · Ylang Ylang 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for rose or jasmine — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: rose is deep, silky and luxurious.
When is the best time to use light from head to toe?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
