The little one is crying in the evening, and parents need to stay calm too. Roman chamomile, sweet orange and myrrh split four drops each: gentle sweet apple, fresh orange and warm, slightly bitter resin, soft and warm overall. Good for the living room during bath time and lullabies. In a room with small children, use only half the recipe, keep the diffuser away from the crib, and leave the door cracked for air.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
