A basin of warm water, legs stretched out, a lovely scent drifting around. Myrrh and Roman chamomile share the main role, one warm, deep and slightly woody, the other a smooth floral tea, while sweet orange and lemon sprinkle in a fresh sweet-and-tangy note. The blend suits the living room or bedroom in the evening. Put the diffuser near your chair, soak your feet for 15 minutes, and hold a good book.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
