no snapping today

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0641

Promise yourself no snapping today, whatever happens. Ten drops of sweet orange pour out like a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice, Roman chamomile softens it with sweet floral tea, and frankincense gently anchors the scent so it doesn't vanish after a few minutes. Good for the living room or a desk through a long day. This amount is for a big room; for a small one, use half and switch the diffuser on in the morning.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use no snapping today in a diffuser?
Add Sweet Orange 4 · Roman Chamomile 2 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sweet orange?
Swap sweet orange for lemon or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use no snapping today?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
