deep breath, then reset

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0682

Breathe in deep, breathe out long, then reset. Four drops of lavender set the main rhythm, Roman chamomile adds sweet apple tea, clary sage lays on a soft veil of herbs, and a single drop of frankincense lingers warmly at the end of each breath. Good for any moment you need a restart. Try breathing in for four counts, holding for four, and breathing out for six while the diffuser runs.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Lavender 4 · Roman Chamomile 3 · Clary Sage 2 · Frankincense 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use deep breath, then reset in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 4 · Roman Chamomile 3 · Clary Sage 2 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use deep breath, then reset?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
