Mandarin and lemon open with a cheerful burst of citrus, but before long lavender and Roman chamomile gently pull everything into a slower rhythm. A single drop of cedarwood at the end gives the scent something to hold on to. It suits evenings when you're tired but still restless and not ready for sleep. If the citrus feels too bright, use 1 less drop of lemon and the scent gets much softer.

On opening. Mandarin (gently sweet, softer than orange); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
