Tet, the Lunar New Year, is over but your heart is still at home, and cinnamon helps you ease into the transition. Its warm, sweet scent brings back the holiday feast, then peppermint and lemon pull the air back to the present: cool, bright and ready for work. Great for the office on the first workday of the new year or a home workspace. Cinnamon is quite intense, so in a small room cut it to 2 drops and keep the other two as they are.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
