Lemon plus peppermint to wake you, warm spicy ginger grass, white tea for a clean scent.
Seven in the morning and your eyes refuse to open: lemon and peppermint handle the wake-up call, ginger grass adds a warm, spicy note like ginger tea, and white tea keeps the scent clean. Great for the bedroom right after you turn off the alarm, or the kitchen while you make your morning drink. Best trick: set the diffuser to switch on five minutes before your alarm goes off.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); ginger grass (warm and grassy, slightly spicy with a sweet root note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
