Lemon-mint tea, gently spicy ginger grass; eyes pop open.
It's Monday, time to get up: black tea with lemon and peppermint pops your eyes open instantly, and gently spicy ginger grass warms you up. Great for the bedroom right after you turn off the alarm, or the bathroom in the morning. Set the diffuser to switch on a few minutes before the alarm, and open the curtains as soon as you are up so daylight lends a hand.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); ginger grass (warm and grassy, slightly spicy with a sweet root note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
