99-second red light

4 oils · Citrus · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0820

A 99-second red light with the sun blazing overhead. Three drops of sweet orange open with cheerful fresh citrus, bergamot adds tea-tinged peel, frankincense lays down warm resin, and one drop of peppermint blows in a little coolness. Great for the living room the moment you get home. Start the diffuser, drink a glass of cool water, and forget the ride you just had.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

FAQ

How do I use 99-second red light in a diffuser?
Add Sweet Orange 3 · Bergamot 2 · Frankincense 1 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sweet orange?
Swap sweet orange for lemon or lemongrass — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use 99-second red light?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
