Blend recipes · Stress relief

end of shift, want to scream

4 oils · Citrus · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0685

Shift over, and all you want is to scream really loud. Five drops of lemongrass open with zesty grassy lemon, frankincense adds deep resin, sweet orange sprinkles in cheerful citrus, and peppermint blows in a cool minty stream. Good for the living room the moment you get home. Instead of screaming, turn on the diffuser, crank one song up loud, and dance around like nobody's watching.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use end of shift, want to scream in a diffuser?
Add Lemongrass 3 · Frankincense 2 · Sweet Orange 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.

Swap lemongrass for lemon or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use end of shift, want to scream?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
