discuss, don't argue

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0777

Just a discussion, not an argument. Five drops of bergamot open with bright, slightly tea-like peel, frankincense lines it with deep resin, and peppermint and rosemary add a cool, minty stream and green leaf to keep heads clear. Good for a family meeting corner or a team desk. Turn on the diffuser before the conversation, and remember to listen before you reply.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use discuss, don't argue in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 3 · Frankincense 2 · Peppermint 2 · Rosemary 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use discuss, don't argue?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
