4 hours of back-to-back meetings

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0256

Four hours of meetings in a row, and your head feels as tight as a guitar string. Frankincense lays a warm resin base, lavender is gentle, while rosemary and peppermint blow in a green, sharp, icy note to clear your head. The scent balances deep and alert, perfect for a home office after a long meeting. Turn off the camera, switch on the diffuser, and get up and walk around for five minutes.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use 4 hours of back-to-back meetings in a diffuser?
Add Frankincense 4 · Lavender 3 · Rosemary 2 · Peppermint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of frankincense?
Swap frankincense for vanilla or myrrh — same resinous & sweet family. The blend will shift a little: vanilla is creamy, sweet and cozy.
When is the best time to use 4 hours of back-to-back meetings?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
