A fifteen-minute break is your right; don't skip it. Seven drops of lavender make a soft base, lemon and frankincense add fresh peel and warm resin, and rosemary and peppermint blow in cool green leaf with a light minty edge. Good for a home office or the office pantry corner. Set the diffuser timer for exactly 15 minutes; when it stops, it's time to get back to work.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
