Two hours without TikTok, the biggest challenge of the day. Peppermint and rosemary, three drops each, make a pair of icy cool and sharp green, while bergamot and ylang ylang, two drops each, add fresh citrus and sweet florals so it doesn't feel too dry. Great for a study desk or work desk. Leave your phone in another room, at least a few steps away.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
