Not phototoxic. No data indicates hazard in pregnancy.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, citronellal is an irritant.

Corymbia citriodora is a eucalypt native to Queensland, Australia. Previously classified as Eucalyptus citriodora; newer taxonomy moved it to the Corymbia genus.

Strong citrus aroma from the leaves. Produced in Australia, Brazil, Ethiopia, China, Vietnam, Madagascar, and South Africa.

Family Myrtaceae.

Distinct from common eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus, radiata), not cineole-dominant but citronellal-dominant.

Aroma closer to lemongrass than to eucalyptus. Used in perfumery, insect repellents, and body care products.
