Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Deadpan calm: a blank expression, a light heart. Eight drops of bergamot open fresh and slightly bitter, like grapefruit peel, then six drops of cedarwood settle into dry wood like a box of new pencils. A clean, tidy blend for a minimalist workspace or a morning meditation corner. In a room over 20 m², keep the recipe as is; in a small room, half the amount is plenty.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
