The park in the morning: stone benches, tall trees, birdsong. Twenty-five drops of cedarwood lay a clear dry wood base, while juniper, frankincense, and bergamot, fifteen drops each, bring a green resinous streak, warm resin, and bright citrus. This is a large bottle ratio; use about six drops each time. Great for a spacious living room or a home office with windows.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
