wiped out, sitting still

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0938

Wiped out after a long day? Sit still and stop pushing. Four drops of camphor open with a warm, soft herbal layer, bergamot brightens the air, and frankincense holds a clear resin base. Suited to the bedroom, or to the sofa right after you get home from work and kick off your shoes. If you like it fresher, raise bergamot to four drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Camphor (icy, strong and clean); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Camphor 4 · Bergamot 3 · Frankincense 3 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Camphor 2 · Bergamot 2 · Frankincense 2 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Camphor 12 · Bergamot 9 · Frankincense 9 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing Skin irritant

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Camphor can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use wiped out, sitting still in a diffuser?
Add Camphor 4 · Bergamot 3 · Frankincense 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of camphor?
Swap camphor for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use wiped out, sitting still?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
