Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Bergamot keeps you alert, deep frankincense, a touch of jasmine; calm but not drowsy.
Calm, not drowsy: bergamot keeps your head clear, frankincense adds resinous wood depth, a single drop of jasmine brings softness, and white tea forms a clean base. Great for early morning meditation sessions or slow, unhurried reading. If you tend to get sleepy while sitting, add one more drop of bergamot and sit closer to the window.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper); jasmine (white-floral, sweet, heady and alluring) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
