How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use wide awake and grinning in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 3 · Peppermint 2 · Rosemary 2 · Basil 1 · Frankincense 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for sweet orange or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use wide awake and grinning?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
