Low energy on Monday; everyone gets it. Lavender and Roman chamomile rest softly in the middle, five drops of lemon wake things up with crisp peel, and the same amount of myrrh pulls everything down into warm, slightly bitter resin. One bright, one deep, sitting side by side just right. Good for your desk at the start of the week; a small room uses half, run for about 30 minutes.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
