The whole orange family shows up: neroli brings clean, sweet white flowers, bergamot is fresh with a subtle bitter edge, and warm, resinous frankincense pulls everything down to settle. The day has asked enough of you; now all you need is a nice-smelling room and a pillow. You can start the diffuser right after a warm shower, and add 1 drop of frankincense if you want a deeper finish.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
