terrible posture all day

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Woody · code BL-0346

Hunched back, scrunched neck, bad posture all day. Pine leads with warm pine resin and green needles, while rosemary, peppermint and sweet orange come in equal measure: green-sharp, icy cool and juicy sweet. The scent is invigorating like a pine forest in the morning, perfect for a home office or a workout room. Turn on the diffuser and spend 5 minutes stretching your neck, shoulders and back before sitting down again.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use terrible posture all day in a diffuser?
Add Pine 3 · Rosemary 2 · Peppermint 2 · Sweet Orange 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of pine?
Swap pine for cedarwood or sandalwood — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use terrible posture all day?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
