Blend recipes · Sleep

tea tree daydream, then asleep

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-0095

Lavender leads, eucalyptus radiata and tea tree add a cool green note, clean like leaves after the rain, while cedarwood closes with warm, dry wood. The scent is fresh and clean, perfect for a damp bedroom or evenings spent lost in thought. Since there are two cooling notes, place the diffuser a little farther from the bed so the scent spreads more softly.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

FAQ

How do I use tea tree daydream, then asleep in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 3 · Eucalyptus Radiata 2 · Cedarwood 1 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use tea tree daydream, then asleep?
Run the diffuser for 20–30 minutes before bed with the door closed, then switch it off or set a timer when you get into bed.
