Eucalyptus leads, airy like a soccer field in the late afternoon, rosemary is green and tidy, and peppermint, tea tree and lemon, one drop each, bring extra cool freshness. Good for a changing room, a sports bag or the bedroom after a match. Switch it on as soon as you get home, and you can put 1–2 drops on a cloth tucked into your shoe bag.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
