grandma-approved chill

4 oils · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2110

The kind of cool grandma always swore by: a dab of green balm and you feel better. Eucalyptus and peppermint open strong, while tea tree and rosemary follow with a familiar green herbal line. Great for the grandparents' room or the living room when the weather turns cold. If older relatives are sensitive to scent, cut peppermint to 3 drops and place the diffuser in a corner away from the bed.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use grandma-approved chill in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Peppermint 2 · Tea Tree 2 · Rosemary 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for clary sage or basil — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: clary sage is sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried.
When is the best time to use grandma-approved chill?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
