Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Tender, fresh green is the first impression. Three drops of lemon lead, peppermint and eucalyptus radiata follow to make it cool and airy, and a single drop of rosemary adds a green herbal note. The living room early in the morning or a freshly mopped house will feel twice as clean. Tip: turn on the diffuser right after watering the plants, and the real scent of leaves will blend with the essential oils.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
