10,000 steps done

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Minty · Woody · code BL-0581

Ten thousand steps done, now home to sit and stretch your legs. Peppermint and juniper open with a cool, minty rush blended with clear conifer needles, Roman chamomile softens it with sweet apple, and lemon sprinkles on bright fresh peel. This batch lasts many uses, 5 drops of the mix each time. Perfect for evenings after a walk: a warm shower, then lying down with your feet up on a pillow.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use 10,000 steps done in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Juniper 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use 10,000 steps done?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
