All you want this weekend is to slow down. Three drops of neroli are pure like white flowers, two drops of sweet orange are fresh and cheerful, then lavender, ylang-ylang and patchouli, one drop each, create a soft floral layer and a warm, earthy base. The bedroom on a Saturday or bath time is when to use it. Add a few drops of the diluted blend to your bathwater for a complete, soul-soothing session.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
