Blend recipes · Easy breathing

slow inhale, slower exhale

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2053

Eucalyptus and frankincense share three drops each, cool meets warm resin, setting a slow, deep rhythm for your breath; two drops of lime add a clean, fresh twist. Made for quiet minutes of breathwork, a short meditation or lying down after work. Use eight drops in a diffuser; sit up straight, breathe in through your nose and let it out very slowly through your mouth.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use slow inhale, slower exhale in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Frankincense 3 · Lime 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use slow inhale, slower exhale?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
