Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Open your eyes, pull back the curtains, and let lemon wake the room up first. Eucalyptus follows, refreshingly cool, while frankincense settles underneath with a hint of warm resin so the blend never feels chilly. A morning scent for stretching, brewing coffee or reading the news. Running the diffuser for the first 15–20 minutes of the day is enough, so your nose is still free for breakfast.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
