Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Breathe deep, live slow, and let the scent set the pace. Eucalyptus opens a clear, cool breeze, rosemary adds an herbal layer, then frankincense and lime close with warm resin and a slightly bitter citrus peel. Morning meditation, yoga or a slowly read book all suit it, whenever you want time to stretch out a little. Use 5–6 drops per diffuser session.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
