Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Riding a scooter late at night, cold wind whipping your face, you get home wanting to be wrapped in warmth. Frankincense and lime go hand in hand, warm resin and slightly bitter citrus peel, while eucalyptus and peppermint add a clear coolness. Turn on the bedroom diffuser as soon as you get back, while you take a warm shower. If you plan to sleep right away, use 1 drop less peppermint.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
