Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Eight drops of eucalyptus lead the cool charge, while peppermint and frankincense split four drops each, one icy and sharp, the other a warm resin for balance. The chill runs from your nose to the top of your head, perfect for sticky summer afternoons or stuffy rooms. Sixteen drops is strong; rooms under 15 m² only need half, and sit a little away from the diffuser.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
