How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use slow down, breathe easy in a diffuser?
Add Sweet Orange 2 · Eucalyptus 1 · Cypress 1 · Lavender 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of sweet orange?
Swap sweet orange for lemon or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.
When is the best time to use slow down, breathe easy?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
