Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Sa Pa at the end of the year, mist wrapped around the hills, a fireplace crackling. Lavender, cypress and juniper split equally, soft florals, green wood and dry resinous wood, while eucalyptus adds a clear, cool breeze. Great for the bedroom on cold nights, when you want the space as cozy as a highland homestay in the mountains of northern Vietnam. Add 1 drop of juniper if you like a deeper wood scent.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood); juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
