Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Before you roll your scooter out into heavy traffic, give your nose a little courage. Lavender opens gently, lemon brightens, frankincense adds a warm resin layer, and a drop of peppermint keeps a clear, cool note. Great to switch on while you get ready to head out, or as soon as you're home to freshen the room. Mixing 8 drops into a 10ml roll-on with carrier oil to take along is a nice idea too.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
