quiet and warm

4 oils · Floral · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0887

Four oils at two drops each, quiet and warm like an evening at home. Frankincense and cedarwood form a base of resin and wood, lavender adds gentle herbs, and Roman chamomile scatters soft apple sweetness. Made for a bedroom of about 12–15 m², switched on half an hour before bed. For more warmth in cold weather, add a drop of cedarwood.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Frankincense 2 · Lavender 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.
10 ml roller
Frankincense 1 · Lavender 1 · Cedarwood 1 · Roman Chamomile 1 drops, then top up with a carrier oil (jojoba or sweet almond). Dab on wrists and the back of the neck.
50 ml room spray
Frankincense 8 · Lavender 8 · Cedarwood 8 · Roman Chamomile 8 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use quiet and warm in a diffuser?
Add Frankincense 2 · Lavender 2 · Cedarwood 2 · Roman Chamomile 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of frankincense?
Swap frankincense for vanilla or myrrh — same resinous & sweet family. The blend will shift a little: vanilla is creamy, sweet and cozy.
When is the best time to use quiet and warm?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
