jelly limbs after yoga

4 oils · Floral · Woody · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0919

Yoga's done, your body is jelly, and you just lie there on the mat. Five drops of Roman chamomile open with soft, sweet apple, lavender adds gentle herbs, and frankincense and sandalwood keep a base of resin and warm wood. Perfect for the final relaxation of your practice or the bedroom at night. Start the diffuser during your last stretch so the scent has time to spread.

How it unfolds

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still); sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Roman Chamomile 3 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 1 · Sandalwood 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Roman Chamomile 12 · Lavender 9 · Frankincense 5 · Sandalwood 5 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use jelly limbs after yoga in a diffuser?
Add Roman Chamomile 3 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 1 · Sandalwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of Roman chamomile?
Swap Roman chamomile for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use jelly limbs after yoga?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
