Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Lemon, tea tree, eucalyptus opening the air, white tea rounding it off.
Take a really deep breath: bright lemon, clean tea tree and airy eucalyptus clear the way together, and white tea rounds out the scent. Pleasant for a closed office, a bedroom in the morning or after cleaning. Start the diffuser, sit up straight and breathe in for four counts, out for six, for a few minutes.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
